Using pemf to enhance plants, food, water, etc

oddly, i have not had my usual brownouts at any time of the day for the last 2 days…i almost ALWAYS have a drowsy moment at least by 4p… even if i have coffee during the day, i get my brownouts. i don’t think this is placebo, but I’ll also continue drinking ices water. i have also started “charging” my barley ice tea and lemonade so that i have a variety of magnetized drinks :grinning:… my 10yo has felt slightly nauseous the last 2 days… my teen has not noticed anything. my wife has had headaches but not sure if it’s just stress related or not as she usually has a headache once a week or so… today is her second day and it may be that once a week OR die off…

This is pretty hard-core self-experimenting IMO. Even though I have not been able to pin a number on it yet, I did definitely feel the effects of ICES water. So I would say the effects are real, even if they are difficult to quantify. And in that case, please be careful and don’t over-do it.

i think the initial idea of thought, “how much could it affect me when all on doing is magnetizing it?” made me go a bit aggressive.

today i forgot to turn off my a9 double coiled at full blast on 48oz with 1/4tsp of de and was left on for 3hrs :astonished:

of course, i had to taste that special water! it tasted different… am after taste this time… not bad… can’t describe it, but it was more the sides and back of tongue that i tasted it. sharp? definitely not flat. i downed 16oz and 1hr later my left jaw was sore as if i was grinding my teeth all night. weird… i took 2g of l Ornithine in hopes that the die off was more ammonia based… maybe it was just timing and would have went away on its own or maybe the l Ornithine helped. all i know is that the pain and discomfort went away within 15mins.

i burped some but nothing else aside from that.

ya…i think I’ll go back to the 20 min cool for 16oz glass of water now. definitely will continue. this has been such a nice benefit… have not been groggy 3 days straight! this is different. i always have a brownout at least once within three days! also my 10yo felt a lil nauseous this morning upon waking up and before drinking anything, but the feeling passed within minutes.

@OptimalHealth So you notice a different in the taste based on length of using the coils on the glass? For me, I don’t notice a difference. My current observation is that 2 minutes does seem to have the same result as 10-20minutes or longer when I forget to get my glass off the coils. Did the kids have any impact to their stool? From your other thread I recall you also tried coils over the abdomen and that had caused some queasiness. In my experience, my grogginess after lunch came from an inflammatory response from eating gluten and dairy. Once I removed those permanently 5 years ago, I stopped feeling groggy after lunch.

trying ices oatmeal to see how this works down at the lower gut (fiber) to help detox

i haven’t had opportunity to check my kids’ stool … maybe only first day and 10yo had extra putrid odor :astonished: according to him.

oddly only my 10yo has been reacting (or notices)… my teen doesn’t notice anything. 10yo would notice queasiness from using coils over abdomen and then later say he felt good… also lots of gas he’d notice while using. i think my teen is just less attentive… but today in the morning he said he had a slight headache… he usually doesn’t have headaches… whether it was due to drinking ices water 16oz the other day, I’m not sure.

my wife has been having headaches everyday she’s had, so we took a break today and it’s noticeably less in severity today…

my headache/jaw ache was unexpected about 1hr after yesterday’s ices water… all clear the next day. since taking i haven’t had any brownouts which is unusual for me. i could have a gluten-free carb-free, sugar free meal and still get a brownout 10mins to 2hrs window… and almost always brownout by 4p/5p even if I avoided eating. to date, no 4-5p brownout!

wife was groggy yesterday after taking ices water maybe 30mins later.

i should document this in a spreadsheet and track observations…

thank you @Bob for this optimized tech and a moderated forum to share experiences… been helpful!

@Bob Should we have a category in the forum for ICES PEMF structured water?

Have you connected with Dr. Gerald Pollack at University of Washington? I am very curious what the size/degree of exclusion zone is created by ICES PEMF. I am also curious if any university folks have access to an X-ray Crystallography machine.

Some personal experiences to share:

  • I am seeing joint/tissue ailments remediating from the water.
  • I am also experiencing more energy and clarity.
  • I have noticed significant gut shifting (all else equal).
  • I mixed Premier Research Labs Premier Pink Salt in filtered water (no salt taste before adding salt) then poured equal amounts in two white coffee mugs. After pouring in the salt water, both mugs had a pink hew. I pulsed one of the mugs. The pulsed mug lost most of its pink hue. I also extracted some water (in as close to the same spot as possible relative to the mug) with a syringe and the pulsed mug had less (but not entirely devoid of) of salty flavor.

My next experiment will be to grow some basil and feed one exclusively ICES PEMF structured water and the other non ICES PEMF water.

I think there is definitely health improvements from drinking the ICES PEMF structured water. I would be very interested in having a dedicated category to discuss others’ personal experiences.

@OptimalHealth Are you still free of brownouts? I notice considerably more energy and clarity. It took about about three weeks to adjust to drinking nearly exclusively ICES PEMF structured water. Now I am giving my 12 year old dog ICES PEMF water. Let’s see how he responds.

Other family members are also working up to exclusively ICES PEMF water. I am wondering if it lowers GI inflammation / restructuring the terrain to support a healthy microbiome.

Another family member is experimenting drinking ICES PEMF directly or indirectly helps benign prostatic hyperplasia.

From the handful of family experimenting with this, we have learned to, as Bob said, start with small amounts of water (4oz) and slowly work up. Each time there is gas and changes in the stool during an adjustment period that then resolves yielding noticeable positive improvements of increased energy and clarity.

@Bob Would you please point me to your explanation of the different M1 protocols? I can’t seem to find it. I am confused on wave form, frequency, etc as it relates to what the M1 can do. For example, I read your old post first so I have been experimenting with 10 pps power 15 double stack coils but I don’t know how that compares to your 4 pps comment later in this same thread.

I have not initiated a coordinated, major, collaborative research effort on the topic of structured water, which is what it would take to make any real progress in an academic setting. A few casual conversations might be suggestive, but would not answer any questions. It would not move the needle.

Plus, I will go on record to say that, in my opinion, this is an excellent example of the type of research and observation that really needs to be done: specifically, we need a massive amount of observations of biological effects with carefully recorded experimental conditions. The fact is, you can do all of the exclusion zone and x-ray crystallographic measurements you want to… and it would tell you… nothing much about whether of not it is really having biological effects.

So I would say, for the time being, for a while, keep track of experimental conditions and make careful measurements and observations. Before you can even really begin to study something like this, you need a solid and large body of observations, so that you can begin to see patterns, so you can begin to hypothesize mechanisms, so you can begin to formulate working hypotheses, which then allows you to make predictive and measurable statements, allowing you to verify and refine, or exclude, sets of observations, which allows you to further refine the hypotheses and predictions, and when you have multiple hypotheses, you can then formulate tests to exclude, or support by strong inference, each hypothesis.

This is actually how all productive biological research is actually done. The other approaches are basically methods used by academics to pump federal dollars.

So what I am doing, and my advice to everyone else who is reading this, is to keep testing, observing, recording, report back here, look for patterns, and if you see something then we can have several people test it independently, collect the results, and publish them in our journal (JoSaM.org).

The best place to find this type of information on the M1 is on my YouTube video:

If you are asking this in the context of getting sufficient information to formulate scientific hypotheses, it is not really something, one thing, I could point you to. For that level of detail, you would need to make a specific experimental setup, then get the bench testing instruments to actually measure how your specific settings/battery state/ coil placement/ other conditions result in a specific electro-magnetic set of conditions. I have to make these measurements every time I set up an experiment. There is no textbook way to do this. This is something I do all the time, but it is something most PEMF manufacturers can’t actually do.

The best thing for people experimenting with this to do is to record your experimental settings and the geometry and conditions of the experiment you are doing, in as much detail as you can. Then, make careful observations on the effects. Take pictures. Write everything down.

If you see dramatic or interesting biological effects, then I can replicate your setup in my lab, make the necessary measurements, and try to replicate the results.

Hint: you are not likely to see dramatic changes for small changes in intensity or pulse rate, and all ICES-PEMF devices have fixed waveform parameters that you can not adjust.

what exactly does this mean? gurgling sounds and gas?

funny…i find it challenging to talk about gut and bm changes without getting a bit… explicit haha…

yes, i have continued taking my ices water daily… every morning 16oz min and have noticed so far my usual 4p brownouts are gone…

i still get my food coma after eating, but they aren’t as severe… maybe too early to say if it helps with my food coma tho.

i HAVE had headaches when i first started, but they were minor and only 3 different instances. as for how i prep my water…i may be overdoing it compared to what Bob has shared and what you have mentioned haha… i have my setting in medium, but have done high or X Hi and have done 32oz water “cooking” for over 30 mins could across from each other or stacked or both (one after the other). :grinning:

there is no disputing that it detoxes my body. it is VERY evident in my :poop: … DAILY. my younger son as well but my teen tells me nothing. i should look to confirm that tho

I was pretty conservative with ICES water… never really pushed my limits on this. My focus for the last few years has been severe chronic pain, less focus on the other applications, so I tend to push the limits less on these, sorry.

@Bob, the biological effects are very real for our family, including our dog. He acted 5 years younger yesterday (one day after having 9 ounces of ICES PEMF structured water), very chipper, and up and about, following us around. What is nice about using the M1 to structure the water is that each family member can benefit from it each day at max capacity (all water as structured water) during the day.

Gurgling, gas, loose stools, possibly diarrhea (combined with burning sensation). Interestingly enough, I had the same effects for the proceeding 24 hours when I had the M1 on my gut for 30 minutes power 9 Omni 8 when I tried that last year. We know from tests that we are seeking to pare back heavy growth of E. Coli and yeast. It seems M1 on abdomen and M1 ICES PEMF structured water help us with this effort.

The effects are clear to me too. And several people have told me similar experiences. I think the best way to study this is to collect and replicate individual experiments. But no matter what we find collectively, I absolutely agree that there is something real going on, and it confers real benefits.

I just received my M1 last week and I’m already very optimistic with the future based on my current usage and perceived effects.

This post is about my experiment with drinking a glass of M1 charged tap water. I live near the Canadian Rockies so our water is considered hard. Right after seeing this post, I used the M1 on my water for probably close to an hour.

Taste and mouth feel was different. I couldn’t pin it to be honest. I’m going to relate the perceived effects in a scale of 10. 10 being extremely strong and 1 being extemely mild. This was a 7. Perceived effects:

  • it felt like I took some melatonin

  • it felt like I like I was using a CES/TACS 0.5-4HZ (my sleep mode)

  • felt a little lightheaded but I didn’t feel like tipping over while walking on my treadmill for 40 minutes at 2.1 mph

  • the effect lasted for more than 4 hours and it gradually weakened

Overall, it felt a little weird but nothing that freaked me out. I’m going to try it again while following the 2 minute suggestion from Bob. BTW, this was on stock settings.

hi @OptimalHealth: I’m awaiting my M1, and I’m gonna strart with structured water experiment yet I’m curious about your reseults with ices oatmeal?

i have only applied to water after i found a more convenient way of producing ices water. that said, i intend to use it for smoothies than oatmeal for convenience sake.
