Using pemf to enhance plants, food, water, etc

@Bob Have you done any research using ices to promote growth of plants or enhance energetics of food, water, etc?

Well, as I remind all of my students and scientific colleagues: there are only 40 hours in a day, and 10 days in a week, and my plate is already full.

The devices I make and sell can be used by anyone to do these sorts of experiments. Some people have done them, and you could bring this up as a serious discussion right here on the forum.

My time is severely limited, but I have done some experiments with “structured water”.

I was initially very skeptical, but it is very easy to try, and @cupofcoffey and I have discussed this, and he has done water experiments anecdotally that were very interesting. So have I. I think we plan to make a YouTube video about it,

All you need to do is start with a cup or bottle of drinking water. Have a taste first, then place the coils across or under it and run the device for a few minutes. There is no secret frequency, but mostly people have tried 4 or 5 or 10 pps using an M1.

Some people have told me that, “NO, it MUST be precisely 4.200000000 Hz.”
Fine, then prove it. They never can, of course.

This is easy enough to experiment with: just try it. Do this for 2 minutes, and then taste the water again.

I was (and remain) very skeptical about this, but I am open minded and honestly, to me and many others, the water tastes very different after only 2 minutes of ICES-PEMF. There seem to be some beneficial effects on cognition that are summed up pretty well by the word “clarity”.

Also, the water sometimes becomes difficult to drink in normal quantities. A few sips of it, and most people do not want any more, because it seems to be a bit too much sometimes. So, if you decide to experiment with this, please be cautious and do not glug down a gallon of it on your first go.

So, I suggest you try this (or any other similar) experiments you are interested in. Be reasonable and use caution and common sense. That is what ICES-PEMF products are for: they are experimental devices but they are not child-proof.

Appreciate your input greatly.

Have you tried adding a few drops of organic lemon juice to water?

I have played with it after watching a few structured water documentaries.

If Nobel prizes are real things, then I figured that there might be value.

Water is fascinating.

I have also experimented with water, but have yet to take it as seriously as I would like.

While I do my best to follow a strict water protocol there is much room for improvement.

My plan is to eventually educate myself more on the topic.

What have you found that helps you regarding water?

P.S. Thank-you for posting the water documentaries.
Maybe the quality of water one drinks might be as important as the food one eats? (added on an edit)

Water is a complicated topic.

I do feel like the structure is important and magnetizing it is one thing.

It gets more complicated than that. For my brain, I used silica water to get the aluminum out, and it worked. It got rid of hallucinations. Turns out that I was eating way too much cheese and that can have aluminum in it.

But microplastics and bacteria are other issues with water.

It becomes more complicated than that and I can’t claim to have solved it yet.

For instance, I have plastic pipes in my house, so that would get more microplastics.

Refilling plastic bottles, like water cooler bottles makes the microplastic situation worse.

Tap water, has its own problems, particularly that it isn’t living because they killed everything to get it to you. That is part of why I do the structuring.

Right now, I am drinking water from glass bottles. I sometimes do mineral water also from glass bottles.

I look at Berkey now and then and am considering one of those.

It is hard to figure it out as an issue.

The silica water really, really helped my brain, but there are pills for that.

Very interesting.
I agree with you that water is a very complicated topic.
It is wonderful that you found something that helped you.

Very interesting!

I use bottled spring water at room temperature which I drink either out of glass Containers, or out of the bottle themselves.

It is not ideal, however it beats tap water, which makes me ill.

I squeezed organic lemon drops in the water as well and use a magnetic pad. Not sure if it works, however the placebo effect is OK with me in this case. Am very interested to experiment using the M1 to magnitize the water.

Will report my experiences if significant.

Yeah, I am not a fan of tap water and having plastic pipes makes it worse for me mentally to even consider.

Lemon is a good one for disinfecting

I have been looking at using UV for disinfection.

I know that I don’t want the microplastics, so dealing with the bacteria seems to be the way to go.

I use lemon juice for disinfecting and cleaning as well.
Have also read that many experts recommend it in water at room temperature.
It is an aquired taste. Start of very slowly with only a few drops from a fresh lemon. You can always use the lemon for cleaning, should the experiment prove unsuccessful.

Bacteria is believed to be mainly healthy.
Your body needs healthy bacteria to populate your Gut.
Many people refer to the gut as the second brain.
Viome gives the best test on the market for about $200.

There is an exciting knew field called epi-genetics(beyond genetics) that emphasizes how important your Gut bacteria is regarding your health.

If you have much more bacteria than Genes then maybe the way the genes interact with the bacteria is far more important than your genes themselves.

PEMFenthusiast2,

I went Whole Food Plant Based - with emphasis on a wide variety of organic produce coming from a wide range of sources to work on my gut microbiome. I use resistant starch and fiber. Things like beans and lentils. My diet is focused on lowering TMAO and increasing Butyrate and Propionate.

It only takes a few weeks to change the gut microbiome. I have watched a lot of gut microbiome videos and I have gone through and made sure I get enough fiber and that if I eat starches, I prepare them to be resistant starches.

I also use things to try to be an Equol producer. Not sure that males need that. Basically, organic soy can become something much better and much more protective against disease if you have the right microbiome. Half the people aren’t equol producers.

Fiber and going organic and eating variety in vegetables are the things I consider most important. I went Vegan, but I think mostly, you don’t want so many animal products in your diet that you become a great big TMAO producer.

I don’t worry about my gut microbiome because I know that I am feeding it enough things that the good gut bacteria eat for the past year that I have transformed it.

This is the one I use:

as far as I know, it’s the only all-in-one filter that removes even fluoride . And they show you the lab tests in full. The owners used to work at Berkey. Good carbon filters like this remove bacteria very well for the rated life. Micro plastics are likely removed as well. But natural minerals are retained.
As far as structured water, I will try my ices on it, but my filter makes the water tasty to me , and I feel that the ices is structuring the water inside me and my cells and all water that I drink. Pasteur actually recanted his germ theory in his later life, but you don’t learn that in school. He said later and I paraphrase…it’s not the germs, it’s the terrain duh.

Laughing, yes, I have had that thought, too, but I try everything anyway.

There are other researchers. I just find it interesting enough to play with it.

I have a Berkey filter & love it so far. I believe Berkey has fluoride filtering cartridges available as well. I am on a well & opted not to get those. I drink the water plain & always room temperature & it tastes great. I also add fresh lemon juice and a dash of Himalayan pink salt brine for good measure. I write positive words on the container that is glass, stainless, or copper so when I drink it, I bless the water with good intentions as to structure the water through thought vibrations as found in Dr. Emoto’s research. I never thought to use the ices to structure the water but can’t wait to experiment with that and am glad this topic was brought up. Lastly, drinking ionized water by boiling it, is a great way to eliminate toxins from the body. See the attached instructions from Andreas Moritz’s Timeless Secrets of Health and Rejuvenation.

As for the importance of the healthy gut biome, I’ve found a product from Dr. Gundry that feeds the good bacteria and both my wife & I have had great success with it helping our gut heath in a myriad of ways.

Thank-you for your informative and interesting post.

Presently I am working on improving my Micro-gut bacteria using a Viome test as my measurement.

You mentioned that Dr. Gundry product helped both you and you wife’s gut health? I have heard similar stories, but have yet to find any objective proof.

1)Do you do any objects tests to confirm an improvement?
2) If so which test and how did the results change.

  1. What were the symptomatic improvements

  2. What is/are the mechanism(s)in which ionized water allegedly cleanses the body?

Personally, Researching whether filters actually work on Flouride has been very hard.

  1. Has anyone researched filter topics and found evidence that they work on flouride besides the Berkley filter?

  2. Does anyone run bottled ground water through a filter?

Reverse osmosis is always an option, but you’re drinking dead water.

Also, distillation is available. I also have a distiller, but am no longer using it since I got the Berkey. I’ll reply later about the the previous post👍

they have the lab analysis on their site proving how much fluoride is removed. As I recall it’s a high percentage.

To sum up your questions, no I haven’t done any testing, but here are our testimonies:

With my wife, she’s had multiple difficulties with her bowels and digestions since having a C-section in the last year. She received 7 rounds of antibiotics throughout the process which destroyed her gut biome. Nothing has helped her until recently using this product in combination with Gundry’s 24 strain probiotic. We are primarily on a plant based diet & have been healthy our whole lives. Here is a list of her improvements:

  1. weight loss especially in the abdomen area
  2. bloating and pressure has decreased dramatically
  3. has a newfound energy & drive to be productive
  4. depression has diminished
  5. healthier bowel movements

My improvements are:

  1. Healthier & more frequent bowel movements
  2. sweet cravings have completely disappeared
  3. more energy & drive to be productive
as well as more stamina throughout the day
  4. better mental focus
  5. irritability has diminished
  6. just an overall more positive attitude “my wife says”

We’ve also personally experienced great releases of toxins through our bowels, skin & mouths while consuming the ionized water when before we drank it, we felt everything was normal. Things like diarrhea, bad odor, and bad breath that suddenly appeared after drinking the boiled water. After drinking it for over a week, we felt amazing and the symptoms cleared up. We continue to use this method to detox periodically for maintenance due to the inability to completely avoid the toxins in todays environment. .

In general, we usually listen to our guts & participate in different practices as we feel the urge to do so. We do not take any prescriptions or over the counter meds and are in our early 40’s. We are in the top tier of healthy Americans. Good health is one of our top priorities.

That has to be such a relief for both of you.

It is nice to hear testimonials.

Antibiotics really can mess you up.

I haven’t had antibiotics for over 20 or 30 years, except for RoundUp on my food. Going organic helped tremendously.

For me, the digestive issues that I used to have disappeared entirely when I gave up dairy. I have had cheese socially a few times since then and it is so constipating immediately that I can’t even believe that I used to eat it.
