I have the P9 and have been using Theta protocol on intensity level 8. I use external coils either on the back of my head or on my temples. I can put myself in a very deep meditative state. I find it useful to do about half an hour before I go to bed. I also use a Xpulser (from Dr. Pawluk, but it is basically an A9 set to 3 hz) throughout the night under my pillow.

UPDATE after 2 years of using PEMF for Parkinsons and related symptoms like dementia, hallucinations, muscle cramps and anxiety/panic attacks. All of which my mom had plenty of prior to using PEMF, which was the reason I was looking for some kind of treatment, when I found PEMF. Today, my mom is doing amazingly well. No signs of dementia.
