Ongoing log of wife's treatment of tendinosis

Thanks Bob for the tip! I had tried that exercise at PT and boy did I sweat trying to do it against the wall. She didn’t have me do it again lol! I like the idea of “air Ws” a set every 3-4 hours. That’s great. I can build myself up to do the wall.

On the coils… they are wrapped and I don’t recall them being hot for my fingers. But I will pay attention now! thanks!

ICES PEMF for the win in terms of cost / impact. I am also using https://biolongevitylabs.com/product/bioregenix/ and it seems to really help my shoulders. I have no affiliation with that company at all just a happy customer as I am with ICES PEMF.

thank you for the tip!

hey TajD,

how did you come across this product? i tried looking up more info on it but can’t find reviews or any other details about it. maybe I’m looking in the wrong places or wrong name.

what’s the mechanism of action for this lil topical and what has been your experience? love learning about new things that people find beneficial.

on a separate topic but related to health, I’ve recently begun supplementing with aminos… basically to help offset the eventual deficiencies that come with aging… just have to make sure i add consistent exercise to the mix! haha

I’m trying out leucine and citrulline and creatine (added to coffee) to minimize sarcopenia as we age

will see how it goes

Been a long time since I replied to this thread…after doing PEMF, FIR, Cold Laser and DMSO for my wife’s RSD-created foot tendinosis problems, I have concluded the most helpful treatment was 50% DMSO (from Jacoblab.com–the guy who pretty much invented it) combined with Traumaplant Comfrey Cream. FIR is only moderately effective and laser and PEMF little to no help…which as I’ve said before is weird because PEMF cured my plantar fasciitis when nothing else would.

Oh yeah…diff subject: 3 grams glycine nightly seems so far to have virtually cured my insomnia! Yay…fingers crossed.

Btw, now I have what feels like shoulder impingement and re-read all of Bob’s related comments. Going to start doing the hangs cause the PEMF is not helping…

Sorry for my delay. I learned about when Jay Campbell split off from promoting Limitless Life peptides to this new company, Biolongevity Labs, he cofounded. The cream contains Khavinson bioregulators but I don’t know the mechanism of action. I just know it has helped each in our family. I also take amino acids - Perfect Amino in my case.

My chiropractor told me as we age we have less ability to digest our food efficiently so we don’t get the benefit of all of the nutrition from the food we eat. He recommended taking digestive enzymes and Betain HCI Pepsin because of low stomach acid. Maybe vinegar would work too? Digest Gold is a good digestive enzyme. An excellent and very affordable probiotic that I recently learned about is homemade Kefir, it works the same as sourdough starter, once you buy the starter grains ($20 on Amazon, sold by Fusion Teas Store) you have a lifetime supply of inexpensive probiotics… All you need to buy is milk, there are also starters available to use with water, however the water kefir does not have as many probiotics. It tastes much better than store brands and has more probiotics. It is very good for your pets too, my cat loves it. The health benefits of the homemade kefir are too long to list here.
