Dr Bob, any suggestions on a program to help stem cells to grow and flourish? I just got intrathecal stem cells.
The best direct evidence I have is from the NASA-JSC study(refs) in ~1996 that I built the PEMF systems for. Like all scientific studies, it did not show “optimal” anything. But it clearly demonstrated a benefit for the up-regulation of families of genes related directly to cell growth and tissue formation.
Based on the detailed instruments and methods that I developed for that study, and also based on my subsequent work, I would suggest using any of the following:
Alpha Wave
Beta wave (any) would also probably be good
Schumann 1, 2, or 3
You might also try Omni-8. We have less direct evidence about this because at the time of the NASA studies we did not use any of the higher pulse rates that are used in Omni-8. But that does not mean they do not work. It simply means that we know less about it.
