A9 - Possible shortcuts

Hi,

I’ve been using my A9 8-16h per day for the last 6 months with great results. In addition, it is sometimes on my dogs neck/back during the night.

With the amount of usage I unfortunately find that the cable is more often than I would like not well inserted and I remember Bob explaining that it could damage the device.

If the coils are still running green on the coils tester, does it means the device is functioning properly? How will I know if it is damaged due to shortcut?

Thanks

If the coil test blinks green, you are fine. I have had mine for many years - Bob builds these devices so incredibly well - it is incredibly hard to find a device that can be accidentally dropped as many times as we have dropped our M1 and P9 and yet it continues to work well. I don’t encourage having coils not in properly nor do I encourage dropping them accidentally, but I just have to say - I am so impressed with the build quality and durability of ICES PEMF devices.
