In over 6 years of being in this community, I have never seen a hostile community member. Take your vitriol elsewhere. If you have ever run a business, you would understand that the cost of receiving a returned product, testing it to ensure everything works, and listing it for used sales, is well more than $100. These products are not mass produced with offshore labor. They are of exceptional quality and made in the United States. You are in the very rare .01% who have said they didn’t get results. I doubt from the lack of care in your post, that you even tried the product diligently. You are not the profile of customer that is a target of ICES PEMF. Take your vitriol elsewhere. I have no affiliation with ICES PEMF and do not speak on behalf of @Bob though speak as a community member that will not tolerate carelessness and vitriol on this forum.
If you had a genuine interest in this community, you would take the time to share what you have tried, you would ask questions, and you wouldn’t attack on your first post. At the time of your post, you had read only 5 minutes of posts since you registered your account in early September. This is either classic flamebaiting or worse is an attempt to disparage and discredit the genuinely excellent post doctorate level work of @Bob to bring ICES PEMF to the masses. Either way, I am flagging your post to the moderator.

What are you trying to treat? You need to give the product time to work. Not everyone responds well instantly.
The restocking fee helps ensure @Bob can continue to offer these devices at a very affordable price compared to other PEMF manufacturers that offer products that are 100x more.
You should give it another shot. Be patient and ask for help when needed and you may just be very pleasantly surprised.

Thus far the company has restricted me from seeking a refund. I need a return authorization, but can’t start the process. @Bob
Maybe my 5,000+ YouTube subscribers would like to hear about this. They are all into energy devices. I wonder what their reaction will be.

If you take the time to be a constructive member of this community, you will be welcomed. This second post of yours, yet again, is not constructive.
I used mine daily for 5 years to get a final result I was happy with. I just turned wearing the PEMF unit into a part of getting dressed in the morning and changed the batteries 3-4 times a day. Now I just ocassional wear the unit to maintain my results. Its not a quick fix.

Yeah! Lots of people forget, that energy tools work maybe by supporting the ATPsynthase through structured water or potential gradients, or via other mechanism.
Problem: If the core biochemistry is out of order - no tool can really help or work to its (full) potential or really good at all.
Yea, I healed a full thickness arthritis in my hip confirmed with an MRI. Hips have no blood supply and that’s not supposed to happen. My doc told me Im her only patent that’s had confirmed cartilage regeneration.

I assume your doctor did not really ask or inquire how you did it?
sounds like you’re used to the Amazon return policy where they let you return used items for free haha… how much time did you really spend trying the product out? results seem to vary based on the person, condition, affected area, injury, etc. if you were expecting magic instant results, I’m not sure what product would produce that
anytime spent in the community, you’ll find people are willing to share their story and some tips on what worked for them… but if you were looking for a quick try and free return, Amazon’s the place to do that for most things. this product is more for people genuinely interested in exploring pemf… esp when considering the market is overpriced options (unless you get the ripoff China copy of an older generation model or the ice pemf product)
buuut yaaa… this place has a restocking fee for used items. as a smaller, non mass produced producer, I’d prolly have the same offer to avoid the abuse of convenient use and return shoppers
I told them what I was doing. She is a young doctor and open minded to non mainstream treatments. Which is rather unusual.
