I tested my m1 with field tester. No magnetic field. Confirmed it’s plugged in all the way. When I turn it on I can see the green light blinking and at different speeds with other setting. I don’t hear any clicking from coils. Also my battery charger broke so I’m using direct plug into a base for the wall charger. Any idea what may be going wrong. Any troubleshooting tips? What are my next steps if needs repair?? Appreciate help

Other problems:
You say “field tester”. If you used a “field tester” such as a “trimeter” purchased from amazon (et al.) then you will never detect a magnetic field because ICES-PEMF generates very narrow pulses that are far too fast to be detected with inexpensive commercial gadgets like that. You need to use one of our hex-test chips, included with each of our devices.
Yes it’s the tester that came with the M1. It’s not lighting up when I place coil near it. Hoping it’s just the coils I need replaced
Probably just the coils. Our systems are (usually**) delivered with two sets of coils. Test the second set of coils. It those work, and the ones you have been using do not work, then the problem has been the coils you have been using.
** usually means “the typical product package we sell”. If you purchased used, specially-priced, or other non-standard product packages, this may not have included two sets of coils.
Wrote the customer service team they did not reply but I’m thinking like you said could. There were two pairs my puppy checked the other. I’ll buy a new pair.
