That’s awesome! Can you squat now without it catching?
Yes, I can in fact now do a deep bodyweight squat without almost any odd sensation in the knee, as well as squat with a loaded barbell. The knee feels about 80% restored in its strength, and I’m defo gonna keep going with the nightly PEMF sessions until it’s fully recovered.
That’s awesome. I think bodyweight squats and squat type positions when doing normal activities (playing catcher position when playing with kids, monkeying around in an attic) were the best ways to test to see if my torn meniscus was healed.
