Have a P9 and have been wrapping it around my waist for low back/hip pain in the Omni setting. Recently developed a repetitive strain injury in my elbow. Any thoughts - are any of the pain/inflammation settings better than others for that?

I would start w/ Omni 8, that is the one @Bob had tested by an independent testing lab which found it as effective as NSAID for reducing edema (swelling). It is also the one from Bob’s anecdotal experience that helps most people the best as I recall. Everyone is different so “your milage may vary” as it were. But that is where I would start. Next I might try the B5 C5 protocol. I know a friend has found just the straight 10 PPS to work well on his knee pain. Best of luck with it
