Is there any negative impact of having cloth tape holding two coils together, but spaced 1/8"-1/2" apart,. so though adjacent they are NOT actually touching? So if used in “side by side” configuration they would be held say 1/16" off the body and also a bit apart?
Also would these 2 thin layers of cloth tape have any effect if coils were used in “stacked coil” configuration?

I use self adhesive bandages to space the coils any spacing I want (like for my elbow they aren’t side by side, but separated by a couple inches, allowing me to have the coils on each side of my elbow). ICES PEMF works just fine this way and yes I still have the therapeutic effects of this biologically efficacious waveform through clothes.
