Wondering if anyone has experience with Steeve Bradet’s ZK or Nextion system? I’m trying to determine if ICES C5 or Steeve’s mat system would be better for me (unfortunately I can only afford one for a long time). I have insomnia (fall asleep ok but wake frequently) as well as chronic inflammation affecting my eyes and brain. Any guidance or other suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you for the response. I’ve had a ton of bloodwork done, mostly inconclusive. The cortisol test done a while back seems like my cortisol rises middle of the night. Would pemf help that? I’m not familiar with geopathic stress. When I looked it up, I’m not sure how I’d evaluate that.
ICES PEMF can, in my opinion and experience, especially help with specific localized issues. If you have systemic issues, low DHEA-S, low cortisol, low thyroid hormones etc. - that is another take.
Evaluating geopathic stress and other negative fields can only be done by someone which has experience. Removing or blocking those is another issue, too. Its not expensive, but you gave to know your field.
