For treating nerve pain in toe, should I use one double loop lead or sandwich the toe/foot for best results? I have the double looped leads. I’m not certain that the nerve pain is stemming from the toe itself or radiating from above. I haven’t had much luck with just one double loop applied to the bottom or the top of the foot alone.
In my opinion, fingers and toes are shallow in depth so in general I don’t stack or sandwich coils when applying ICES PEMF to them. I am thinking in this case I would start with a side by side config on top of foot starting at the toe and going back toward the foot.
Thank you. I have been doing it that way For two weeks every day for a couple hours or more, but I haven’t had a reduction in nerve pain yet.
Do you have a sense of what caused the nerve pain? Too tight shoes? Diabetic Neuropathy? other?
No, but it appeared at the same time I had hip pain and saw that the right leg and foot were flairing outward (duckfoot.) The hip pain resolved, but the flair is still present. I also wonder if eating too much sugar/carbs may be catching up to me in my old age. I know nerve pain can be a result of high glycemia- which I have. My cravings are strong and will-power low.
I can relate. I’ve been dealing with diabetic‑type neuropathy symptoms even though I’m not diabetic. I have an upcoming neurologist appointment to sort things out.
I cut out processed sugar because of my arthritis, but for my sweet tooth I stick to Mosh bars — they’re lightly sweetened but still satisfying.
I also found a supplement that consistently suppresses the nerve pain in my feet. I’m not sure which ingredient is the “silver bullet,” but if I stop taking it, the symptoms come right back.
I don’t use a coil specifically for nerve pain, but I do sleep with the 4×4 coils propped against a pillow at the end of my bed for tendonitis and circulation issues in my feet.
For the nerve pain itself, what helps me sleep is a combination of transdermal magnesium spray and Clary Sage essential oil. I don’t need it every night, but during flare‑ups it makes a noticeable difference — and I always cover it with cotton socks.
Thank you! What is the name of the nerve pain ointment or lotion you have found helpful please?
I have found that in the past, when I had Morton’s neuroma, it was resolved by taking colloidal platinum, and also a high concentrate spray which healed nerve, however, it does not seem to be working on this condition that I have now.
I use a supplement from HealthForce SuperFoods called Earth Broth for my neuropathic symptoms. I can’t pinpoint the “silver bullet” ingredient — someone suggested that it’s the kelp, however, there doesn’t seem to be a lot in it. The blend of mushrooms and herbs seems to make a noticeable difference for me.
When I have flare up pain, I use Dr. Schwab’s Natural Relief Salve with CBD & Arnica . It not only helps with the discomfort but also clears up the mild rash I get around my ankles. For the tendinitis on the tops of my feet, I add a little Clary Sage essential oil , which is known for natural pain‑relieving properties.
Since magnesium is supposed to help relax muscles, I rotate in one of the Ancient Minerals lotions or sprays for muscle cramps.
Gut health is a big deal for me — I never let constipation slide — and I avoid all meat except seafood. Keeping digestion smooth and my diet lighter seems to make it easier to manage pain, along with my supplements and my C5 coils at my feet for circulation and for the tendinitis. So far, this approach helps me keep pain manageable without over-the-counter medication.
