Red and Green light

On my C5 just noticed the Red and Green light’s are blinking together. It says Error or Malfunction

Can you help

It was my battery pack ! Please can you recommend one that can work with the C5.

Battery pack specs change all the time so it is a moving target, but in general you want one with at least 300n mAh capacity and a USB-A output (typically 2.1A capacity or greater)
