Is this cat progression outcome due to not identifying/fixing the root cause as to why animal has kidney disease? So while using ICES device you are aleviating inflammation in the area but not reversing disease issue (like diet, environment, etc)?
no one knows what causes the progression. This is not from lack of trying. They have tried everything, I have never seen any compelling positive results. If they do, show us the data.
