@Bob - thoughts on this? also I read somewhere that you were an associate professor at a major university in the field. I’m wondering if you have heard about Michel Maharbiz and the device DJ seo has mentioned?

To be honest, I really don’t chase this stuff down. Having already done that for a few decades, it always turns out the same: just more baseless marketing claims.
Keep in mind: it takes just a few seconds to make a baseless medical claim, and it costs nothing.
It takes a decade or two and several million dollars (at least) to prove or disprove any medical claim.
I just can’t play whack-a-mole, there are way way too many low integrity claims makers in the field of PEMF and Brain-Machine Interfaces (BMI).
Answer to your second question/statement: yes, I am a tenured Associate Professor of Biomedical Engineering, jointly appointed at the UNC School of Medicine, and NC State College of Engineering.

Thanks @TajD, this is a bit dated, from when I did a lot of tissue engineering research in academia a decade or two ago.
