New A9 User Questions

Totally new to PEMF. Started with a Resona Vibe and had some mildly positive results so I dug deeper into the world of PEMF and after many days of comparison purchased an A9 which I received two days ago. Holy smokes, does this help my knee (decades of chronic pain with exacerbation about a year ago that never resolved). Wore the device for just a short time on the day of arrival, 8+ hours yesterday, and plan on at least 8 hours today. Pain levels are now a 2/10 as opposed to my usual daily 6-8/10. However, I do have a few questions:

  1. Which rechargeable 9v’s are currently recommended? It seems that options keep changing on Amazon and I cannot find the ones recommended in earlier posts on this forum.

  2. I cannot run the device at night as it really causes substantial alertness (which I definitely appreciate during the day) but wouldn’t mind being able to run the A9 at night as well. Based on a past thread, it was said that the alertness is common at first, should I expect this to decline as my body adjusts to this new input?

Just a general statement as to product satisfaction: the overall sense of wellbeing that I have experienced in such a short time is probably the most unexpected benefit that I could have hoped for. Battling multiple autoimmune issues for decades has left me pretty much depleted but yesterday was the first time in a long while that I actually felt optimistic about improving my health. Having tried many different therapies and spending far more money than I care to admit, it is humbling to say that such an affordable device whose technology I had formerly dismissed has made such a major impact in such a short amount of time. Not claiming it to be a panacea but it is certainly a valuable tool.

Thanks so much for sharing your experience. Very happy for you. My experience is very similar.

  1. I use these on A9 and P9: https://www.amazon.com/EBL-Rechargeable-Batteries-Battery-Charger/dp/B0FXMDXSPK/

  2. Yes, this is what I experienced. Extreme alertness (great tool when traveling abroad and needing to power through the day of arrival before sleeping) for the first few weeks when using at night. However, now my body is used to it and I can sleep through the night with it just fine.

Welcome to the wonderful world of Dr. Bob Dennis’ ICES PEMF!

Thank you so much @TajD . Am truly grateful to have been introduced to ICES PEMF. Have already ordered a P9 as well. Will definitely be spreading the good word.

I’m a fairly new user too

But I actually have the a9, P1 and m1 units

After a month of usage (for my daughter who has two broken wrists) we basically only use omni8 . And though the m1 and p9 are great, a9 is just way simpler to use for my daughter, just flick as switch and good to go, and for whatever reason the battery lasts way longer than p9 and m1…

EBL 9v are great but there’s a black EBL 9v that seems to last a bit longer than the more popular silver ones in my experience. It’s possible Its only because the black EBL is just newer…

f all three I basically use Omni 8 only and I find a9 the best

@4a494e Thank you so much for taking the time to reply and sharing your experience and battery recommendation. Hoping your daughter is healing well.

My A9 was on loan for a while but IIRC, it doesn’t have a display. That is likely the explanation in difference in how long it lasts versus the p9.

Probably it… A9 just has leds and status led flashing Forgot u can turn off the display on m1 p9 too so that would help battery

Yes, it definitely helps with battery and that is the one part of the device that wears out over time - the display gets dimmer and dimmer, so turning it off when not needing the display is very prudent.

I got these and they outlasted the EBLs overnight on my p9. Just thought I’d share
