Yesterday, with the weather warming up the mosquitoes were already out in full force, they like to wait near the door and sneak inside. I was only home 5 minutes when I had 6 quarter sized, raised welts from the bites. The bites ran one after another in a row up my back in two areas, the itching was very intense. I remembered how good using my PEMF worked on some bites previously. Within 15 minutes I had the C5 hooked up to a portable power pack (using the trickle charge setting). I used the Omni 8 setting at full power with the 2X2 coil arrays. Since I have 4 sets of them I stacked them in sets of 2. I held the coils in place with a back support velcro wrap and within a minute all itching had stopped. While we were getting me set up the mosquito came back for another feeding and met his demise. I continued running the C5 for 45 minutes before I removed it. So far, the itching has not returned even though this was 17 hours ago. Last night another mosquito got in and I got bit several more times this morning. I have the M1 running on my arm bite, and the C5 with a 2X2 coil on the new bites on my back. This time I had the coils on within a minutes because I was already in a chair and running them for my back.
If you only have a few bites the smaller M1 or A9 works great using the single coil. The faster you get the PEMF treatment going the better. The last time I waited too long because I did not have access to my PEMF device. Even though it did stop the itching for the rest of the day, eventually some minor itching did return.
