Looking for advice on PEMF devices

Hello,

I am new to PEMF and am just trying to learn the basics. I am currently looking at purchasing some PEMF devices and would like some general advice. I have 4 questions

#1- I am looking at 2 PEMF devices (the sota magnetic pulser and the curatronics parmets) both of which have an output of 7000 gauss. Assuming both truly output 7000 gauss which one is recommended and why? When using as a local applicator. Is the parmeds use a superior wave form?

#2-Regarding PEMF mats; some of these PEMF mats only have a gauss of about 100. Will such a low gauss output not provide as deep a penetration as other high gauss output devices? What benefits might you receive from a mat with a gauss of only 100? What devices have mats with the highest gauss?

3#- Can anyone recommend any companies that offer PEMF mats with high gauss output.

#4- Is it ok to use the sota magnetic pulser on your head? I was told the Sota Magnetic Pulser was good for the body but because of the construction it was not advised to use on the head? I wonder why?

It’s not about “Gauss” or “Tesla”. That is for a static magnet. PEMF is not static. Gauss/Tesla ratings prove only, that the manufacturer does not understand what he does, because this tells you not much about the biological effects.

Its about the change per second. You have to compare Gauss per second or T/s. ICES does up to 180 T/s - not that you ever need that. But even here: This number is not what “makes” PEMF!

Best,
Hans

I recommend you search the forum for posts from Dr. Bob Dennis that contain “gauss” and read all of the explanations of what ICES PEMF does why “gauss” isn’t the right metric.

Appreciate your response, I have 2 follow up questions. Based on what you said I am looking at 2 PEMF devices (the sota magnetic pulser and the curatronics parmeds) which do you think would be better for treating things deep within the brain like Parkinson’s disease or PTSD.

The other question I had for you. If you wanted to treat the entire body all at once wouldn’t a PEMF/ICES mat be the most time efficient? The reason why I’m looking into getting a mat in addition to a local applicator is because the mat can treat the entire body all at once. Whereas a local applicator can only target specific body parts and not the entire body, thus, to treat the whole body with a local applicator can take 24 hours a day.

Which companies do you think make the best devices with mats? Do you know of any?

Thank You.

Than you for your response. Let’s take gauss out of the equation and just talk about devices.

Can’t tell “how to treat” since i’m legally not qualified to do that.

The thing is, that these are multifactoral things. PEMF alone may benefit, but I would do a systematic approach involving multiple approaches.

Nevertheless I can tell you 4 things I would certainly do:

  • ICES M1 for the head, and an C5 with the large coil pad instead of the body mat, because ICES has “ommmmphhhh”. I advised by brother the same way in case of back problems.
  • Reduction of any and all household-EMF and especially microwave EMF. No WLAN, Smartphone, whatsoever. No Microwave-oven - you have no idea what it does to water food and biology. Longitudinal EMF are not shielded!
  • Check the geobiological situation in your house and especially the bed. water, Curry-lines or crossings, Sha Chi, other geopathic stress.
  • Optimize nutrition, only organic, basic supplements, especially Mg & try out brain supplements.

Hans

Appreciate your help Hans,

I have Dr. Pawluk’s flex pulse device and I think it’s the same wave form as the ICES. Is there any big difference between the M1 device and the flex pulse devise which I currently have? I would prefer not to incur the additional expense of the m1 unless it had some very significant advantages? Would you be able to tell me if there any additional benefits in using the M1 over the flex pulse?

Can a small device like the C5 deliver anything useful via a pad compared to something like a curatronic multi flash model. I’m wondering why many chiropractors and health care providers use these pads/mats with much more expensive control units.

Because they get hefty provisions

The other questions I can not answer, as I do not know the other devices.

I do know, that only @Bob can explain PEMF with the limited knowledge we have, so that it makes sense and he can explain why his devices are as they are. Try that with other PEMF vendors and you will be surprised (or not).

Lots in this area is trial and error and I do not know, for example, of any other forum like this from any other real PEMF vendor. Guess why
