Is pain after using PEMF ok? How to get better result

Hi, I only started using the M1 device and noticed that my pain got worse from using PEMF, same for my wife. She stopped using it for few days because of the symptoms. I still think it helps but is it possible that we are more sensitive?

The symptoms are following:

  • Joint paint on my ankle increased while wearing the device, tried low intensity, it’s better but still irritating. (currently running it on OMNI8 (Level3) at night time. It’s not as irritating but my sleep suffers.

  • My wife wears it during the day on hear hip and shoulder, the shoulder movement is now restricted and she stays awake during night and can’t fall asleep.

We have only used it 2 days and I believe in it just try to figure out how to use it to be beneficial and not contra productive.

Thanks for your advice

Here are my 2 cents and what I share with friends who buy ICES PEMF. I strongly recommend against using ICES PEMF during sleep when you first try ICES PEMF (unless you are deliberately wanting to try Delta with device under your pillow as some have reported positive results here). It kept me awake or I didn’t sleep well when I first started using it. Within several months, I was able to wear it all night long and have no issues.

I think it’s best to start with one or two hours to start with during the day and see how one feels and slowly work up time using the device.

Sleep is critical, so definitely adjust / keep experimenting with timing and interval to ensure proper sleep.

Many people have widely varying sensitivity. Initially try much shorter periods of use. As a beginning user, please do not just strap it on and go to sleep. Start “low and slow”. If you think you might be very sensitive, maybe try just 10-minute periods each day at low intensity, and build up as your tolerance allows.

In my opinion, @TajD @OptimalHealth @hcf and many others on this forum generally offer excellent advice.
