I need help

I just bought the M1 and would be very grateful for advice and insights on which protocols of the M1 to use on each of my ailments, placement of coils, and for how long each day.

Bob, may I ask if there are any other products you offer that I should consider purchasing and why?

As a result of a head-on car accident that legally disabled me 24 years ago. These are my challenges:

Profound chronic fatigue. On a scale of 1 to 10, it’s a 10.

24/7 strong lower back pain that prevents me from sitting for too long. Pain scale 8.

Neck. Pain scale 5.

Arthritic knees. Pain scale 8

Hips pain. Pain scale 8.

Severe insomnia.

Mild/medium traumatic brain injury, symptoms are moderate/severe memory short-term loss. I have difficulty finding words that I know when I am extra tired or stressed.

24/7 Anxiety.

Shoulders. Pain scale 5.

Severe Constipation.

Severe Indigestion.

I have been meditating for 30 years. This practice helped me maintain my sanity, given the various pains. Is there a protocol and placement of coils for deepening meditation?

Most importantly, is there a protocol and placement of the coils to increase the possibility of lucid dreaming? This has been a lifelong ardent interest of mine. If there are any published materials on PEMF and lucid dreaming, please send me the links. I would love to read them.

Will the coils lose effectiveness if placed under a 4-inch-thick mattress topper? If yes, where should I place them to receive the PEMF benefits during sleep?

I would target your brain stem for the chronic fatigue and any other whole body issues. Basically the base of your vagus nerve. Check with Bob or others for power level. I use C5 at power 8. I would recommend a C5. For the money it gives more power and so much more surface area. Plus both sides of the coil emit waves so I target my spleen and stomach after eating and rest my hands on top to treat minor arthritis. For everything else put the coils right on top of the pain. If the pain is at the surface I put some kind of fabric between the coils and the skin so the waves have a bit of space to spread out. If you don’t get some relief after two uses on any one spot for at least 20 minutes, arrange to coils differently targeting the same location.

I recommend wrapping your coils like this for protection/longer life. 2x2 Deep-Field pad & 2x8 pad

@Tu_C, I think @Johnnyinflamation has good suggestions. This is where I would start if it were me.

@Tu_C, since you already have an M1, then you should work with that for a while (no need to spend any more money on more PEMF products for now IMO), to gain familiarity with the technology and to see how you react to it individually. If all indications are good, then we all could suggest other products, different things you might try in addition to ICES-PEMF, etc. Eventually, you will be giving great advice to others based on your experience.

Hi Johnny, I truly appreciate you taking time out of your busy day to offer guidance to a newbie:) I feel welcomed into the community. Sending you a telepathic hug of gratitude :hugs:

Hi Bob,

Thank you for your input. My M1 is still en route. I am do excited for it’s arrival. I’m somewhat familiar with PEMF. I spent about 8 hours on Sunday reading through the forums, taking careful notes of relevant information…

My intuition says my body will like and respond well to the technology from the M1. I will experiment and let you know. If all goes as expected, I will order a C5 as my body has many, many challenges.

With deep appreciation!

Tu

Hi Bob, will the coils still be effective if placed under a 4 inch mattress topper during sleep? If no, what do you suggest?

I purchased my C5 unit in 2018 and I’ve gotten so much out of it. It’s by far the best medical investment I’ve ever made. I like to give back when I can. You’re going to be very happy with your results!

probably, but it depends on your individual sensitivity to PEMF, type of injury, etc. You’ll need to test, adjust intensity up or down to get optimal effects for you as an individual.
