Have you tried Sunpower LEDs helmet? The testimonials are excellent. It is more powerful than many other red light devices.
6500$ is a hefty price tag for lots of EMF at ones head! I would suggest a Empowerment Cubit Tensor Ring if you like to push energy into your tissues as EMF free, nearly unbreakable, low price alternative 
But that raises the question: Why is there an energy deficit at the first place?
May it be, that the coherence is lacking in the tissues and for that reason the energy can not flow? Or some meridian is blocked?
I would suggest to first evaluate the bio-energetic situation and then apply the relevant or available tools accordingly.
