Help with sleep

I struggle with my sleep, and particularly deep sleep seems to be quite non-existent. I tend to wake up a few times in the night (but fall back asleep immediately)

I tried the micropulse under my pillow, on Delta, power level 5.

Really struggled, my sleep felt really restless and I kept waking up (more than usual). About 3am I turned off the micropulse, then I slept through after that.

Checked my Apple Watch this morning, it said I had 30 mins deep sleep (which is a lot for me)

How do i progress with this - it definitely didn’t feel like good sleep. Did I have it on too powerful, wrong program? It’s under 2 pillows so not sure how high it needs to be to be effective?

Just seen the big sleep thread so might try moving the coils down under my torso instead of under pillow. And play around the the power setting?

First, have you used ICES PEMF in the day time and does it make you more alert? When I first started using it, I felt quite alert. I am wondering if you are new to ICES PEMF and if so trying any program including Delta under your pillow as your first attempt may be making you more alert? It truly is self experimental. Torso is a good idea. You could also try delta on head on lower setting like 2 for a half hour before you go to bed and then turn it off while sleeping.

I’ve been quite happy to find placing coils 2x2 (and even the hat on my gut!) on my torso and gut over the last month has provided some very solid, quality sleep.

that said, I’ve also noticed sleeping on my side or stomach has been better sleep for me than on my back. never expected that, but i had a more consistent streak of longer blocks of sleep (5+ vs my usual 3-4h interrupted sleep)

really is about experimenting to find what works best for you

red light for 15 mins if i wake up 3a has helped me get back to sleep, avoiding my 2h torture waking eyes closed attempts to get back to sleep…

all this while keeping my morning (9a) 16oz coffees (thank you very much)… based on DNA testing from nutrition genome,i found I’m a fast metabolizing caffeine person… so there’s that going for me to not have to worry about coffee at 9a

I find sleeping with my M9 on Delta setting (power 3) help my sleep quality. I configure the probes bumpy sides face to face to get the stronger or deeper effect. I place it under a folded towel. In this way, I can tell if I have the probes exactly where I want them to be.
