I struggle with my sleep, and particularly deep sleep seems to be quite non-existent. I tend to wake up a few times in the night (but fall back asleep immediately)
I tried the micropulse under my pillow, on Delta, power level 5.
Really struggled, my sleep felt really restless and I kept waking up (more than usual). About 3am I turned off the micropulse, then I slept through after that.
Checked my Apple Watch this morning, it said I had 30 mins deep sleep (which is a lot for me)
How do i progress with this - it definitely didn’t feel like good sleep. Did I have it on too powerful, wrong program? It’s under 2 pillows so not sure how high it needs to be to be effective?
