Elbow lateral epicondylitis

Hi, I had medial epicondylitis (golfers elbow) repair 6 months ago and the flexor pronator tendon still hasn’t healed. Any success using pemf? which machine, settings, routine?
Many thanks!

I recommend the ICES PEMF A9 (use default setting) or M1 device (use default setting) worn minimum 8 hours a day, preferably 16 for fastest impact. I have resolved tennis elbow and a myriad of other ligament and inflammation issues with ICES PEMF.

Hi! I just developed tennis elbow–ironically by using the bogus ShoulderReliever product to heal my shoulder pain (which it did nothing for btw). Do you still recommend the A9 for lateral epicondylitis (tennis elbow)? Thanks!

Absolutely. It works great for me! Make sure you use it minimum 8 hours a day and more if possible. Once the pain goes away, continue to use it 50% longer so you aren’t prone to re-injuring it easily again.

Thanks! I’m doing 1/2 hour far infrared, followed by laser, followed by DMSO, followed by A9 all day…and 3 advil. So we’ll see…

I just had a bout of this or what I thought is tennis elbow because the symptoms were close. At night, I placed the coils on my elbow and after an hour of sleep I was awakened with pulsing nerve like pain. I switched positions thinking it was that but the stinging pain was still there. Has any of you felt nerve pain symptoms when using PEMF around on or near nerves? The fact that I had this reaction suggest it was the nerve all along.

Found the work of Keith Baar from a handful of videos on Youtube. Will do the isometric exercises on top of pemf.
