Device Glitching

@bob I recently purchased the M1 micro pulse unit in August and the device has started glitching. When I try to operate it and flip the switch to power it on - it showed pixilated squares and will not allow me to choose a mode.
To troubleshoot, I have then tried flipping it off and then back on and it will show nothing on the display and no green light at the top of the device. I have powered both batteries to full capacity and tried them both with the same results. I used it earlier this morning with no issues. Is this a common issue and can it be corrected? Thx
