I have a question, just recently bought the deep filled coils, when I check the coils , it starts off by saying 2 coils connected, then says only 1 coil connected, but all the coils are flashing green. Is that normal
Are you using your deep field coils with a C5 or B5?
I using it with the C5
I am not sure about the notice of 1 coil connected, but I had one of my plugs slightly unplugged (not visibly unplugged but indeed it wasn’t fully connected) in my c5. Can you double check to ensure they are fully plugged in?

Make sure both gold plugs are clean and are firmly and fully inserted.
