Unfortunately buying an ICES device at the moment is unfeasible due to sky high custom and VAT charges to the UK. Could someone please advise on a product that’s similar enough to the A9 or M1?

wow… if it were sent as a “gift” would there still be high tax/customs costs??
Afraid so, if it’s a “gift” from a friend under £39 you pay zero charges, under £135 then you pay significantly less but if its over that then you pay the same amount in custom charges and VAT like if you bought it yourself… sigh
so if i sent it as a gift for 35 then you’d be in the clear? I’ve shipped MANY gifts to the UK during covid.
