A9 vs M1 for pain releif during sleep

I want to purchase either the A9 or M1 to sleep with at night for back pain and possibly in the day when sitting due to a tarlov cyst on C2 of the spine causing sciatica. I plan to tape it to the area at night. Which device of these two would you recommend? Also, are they both the same intensity (200 Gauss is for the A9 I beleive, but what about the M1)? Thanks!

Both have adjustable intensity. Medium intensity works best for most people, so it is best to start there. A9 has 4 intensity settings, M1 has 15 intensity settings. Both have the same highest intensity values. M1 can go to lower intensity which works well for some people and animals. M1 also has about 30 different pulse patterns you can select from, but the A9 has only one pulse pattern (Omni-8).

A9 is a bit less expensive and is simpler to use.

M1 costs a bit more, has more pulse patterns, finer adjustment of intensity, and weighs 25% less.

For back pain, either one should work well for you.
