A9 for ANS Improvements/Balance

I’m a coach for a sports team working with underprivileged athletes who struggle with anxiety and other mental health challenges. We have had great success using biofeedback and PEMF technologies along with our sports psychologist, and we’ve been exploring new research on higher intensities focally applied on the vagus nerve and thoracic region to improve HRV and autonomic nervous system responses, specifically the frequency domain.

Many of our athletes have heavy sympathetic response, with very underactive PNS. In some cases, HF high frequency domain registering under 100ms² (Peak HF 0.152hz ).

Currently, the PEMF device we have is limited to 2.5 mT, which is effective especially in shifting HF high frequency response to more stable parameters, but I’m now looking for more powerful devices that I can afford, as I don’t have a lot of funds available while managing a team and a facility. I’m curious about your thoughts on using the A9 for improving HRV and whether you think it could help my athletes recover more quickly from a resilience standpoint, or if I should continue using my current device, the NeoRythm.

ICES PEMF is my number 1 device out of all my health devices. That begin said, for anxiety/mental wellness, the Neurovizr is my go to device. Absolutely incredible the brain balance I have been able to achieve with just a few 11 minute light and sound sessions. It’s crazy effective. One of my children has anxiety and the “Sleep Angel” program (11 min light/sound compositions) balances the brain so quickly, we only need to do it every couple months. It’s remarkable.

Thank you for this suggestion, I’ll look into this device and see. I have been combining PEMF with Binaural beats, and it seems to work really well.
