A9 for ANS Improvements/Balance

I’m a coach for a sports team working with underprivileged athletes who struggle with anxiety and other mental health challenges. We have had great success using biofeedback and PEMF technologies along with our sports psychologist, and we’ve been exploring new research on higher intensities focally applied on the vagus nerve and thoracic region to improve HRV and autonomic nervous system responses, specifically the frequency domain.

Many of our athletes have heavy sympathetic response, with very underactive PNS. In some cases, HF high frequency domain registering under 100ms² (Peak HF 0.152hz ).

Currently, the PEMF device we have is limited to 2.5 mT, which is effective especially in shifting HF high frequency response to more stable parameters, but I’m now looking for more powerful devices that I can afford, as I don’t have a lot of funds available while managing a team and a facility. I’m curious about your thoughts on using the A9 for improving HRV and whether you think it could help my athletes recover more quickly from a resilience standpoint, or if I should continue using my current device, the NeoRythm.

ICES PEMF is my number 1 device out of all my health devices. That begin said, for anxiety/mental wellness, the Neurovizr is my go to device. Absolutely incredible the brain balance I have been able to achieve with just a few 11 minute light and sound sessions. It’s crazy effective. One of my children has anxiety and the “Sleep Angel” program (11 min light/sound compositions) balances the brain so quickly, we only need to do it every couple months. It’s remarkable.

Thank you for this suggestion, I’ll look into this device and see. I have been combining PEMF with Binaural beats, and it seems to work really well.

@TajD if you don’t mind me asking…How does the neurovizr compare to using ICES pemf on the head at similar frequency? I’ve been looking at devices to treat 2 conditions: insomnia (wake frequently middle of night) and mild cognitive impairment. I’m considering:

  1. ICES pemf
  2. Vielight Neuro Duo
  3. Neurovizr

Would appreciate any insight.

Neurovizr has greatly positively impacted my brain and brain balance. I use the Deep Sleep program every night before I sleep and it has improved my deep sleep. I use many of the other programs as well to increase brain coordination, “emotional flow”, and others. I have used ICES PEMF (as far as my brain goes) to get rid of migraines and headaches as well as to enter into a “flow state.” I own the Neuronic Helmet. Haven’t see that much impact to brain except hair growth is great (similar to great hair growth as I saw with the ICES PEMF Baseball Cap).

Honestly, if you have the finances to do all three, based solely on my personal experience (which likely won’t be yours), I recommend in order 1. ICES PEMF, 2. Neurovizr, and 3. Vielight Neuro Duo or other red light for the brain type device. Ideally one can experiement with all three devices / categories / modalities, take great notes observing their n=1 experiement results, and share that with the forum.

@TajD thank you, I appreciate the information. Due to budget, I’ll likely have to do them one per year. I’m probably going to start with the C5 so I can try it for my pain and brain as well as my wife’s back and hip problems.

That’s what I did. One per year. I think C5 is a great idea.

Do you know what is causing the mild cognitive impairment?

Doctor says I have chronic inflammation likely an underlying autoimmune disease, but they can’t seem to determine what exactly. So that combined with my insomnia I believe is negatively impacting my mind.

So you have elevated ANA? What autoimmune antibody panels have they run? Insomnia can knock out the best of us - I hope C5 Delta under your pillow make a difference for you.

I’ve had the Exagen ADVISE testing done, metabolic panels, imaging for rheumatoid arthritis, bloodwork for bachets, sarcoidosis, sjogrens, etc. All inconclusive. All the docs can tell me is they believe I have chronic inflammation with likely underlying autoimmune disorder. This is why I want to try any natural solution before taking the drugs they are trying to give me. I know once I start that, it’s likely for life. And the drug side effects are pretty bad from what my researching it tells me.

I hear you. We spent thousands on tests. We also did Exagen ADVISE, Vibrant, Cunningham and detailed Scleroderma antibody panel among others. After using ICES PEMF, Trudose PRP (high dose autologous IV PRP), and several energy remedies to address infections identify by gifted energy workers, ANA has now reversed from positive to negative. It can be done!

BTW we never went the drug route - we went the functional medicine route and transformed lifestyle, sleep, exercise, food, air, water and then found and treated underlying infections.

Thank you, that’s the approach I’m trying to take as well. I’m seeing a functional medicine doc and the only drugs I’m on is low dose naltrexone to try to lower inflammation and stabilize my immune system. And then low dose of trazodone to help me sleep which only kind of works. The side effects of both are very minimal so I was willing to do that.

@TajD I’m glad you were able to find a solution. What type of energy work did you use that helped?
