I use a rechargeable battery and the continuous run time is almost 3 days. When I test the coils it lights up green. Wondering if Im getting any healing through the coils when The run times I have heard are 20 hours or less
If you are using a Low setting, that is certainly possible. But in general, for best performance, I suggest changing to freshly-charged batteries every few hours.

i use rechargeables as well that last 3 days running over 8h+/- each night and definitely get benefits from the coils.
they’re hixon 850mAh lithium batteries and have been using that brand without problems over the past 2+years
i usually find for me that running then at M and higher, stacked or contiguous to be beneficial for various parts or my body where I’m looking to reduce inflammation or pain
