PEMF and internal titanium surgical clips

I was wondering if its safe to apply the ICES coils onto the abdomen if someone has internal not ferromagnetic surgical clips in their abdomen? Is there any risk of heating the metal and causing issues? I believe one manufacturer (Sota instruments) warned against using their PEMF pulsar device in cases where there is metal in the body due to risk of heating of the metal.

I was originally very cautious about any use with metal implants. But many people have tried it and reported to me that it really helped them with post-surgical recovery, even with metal implants ranging from pins to entire joints. This has not been formally studied, but I can say that I have only heard anecdotal reports (dozens) that range from “good” to “excellent”, no negative comments so far.

I had a cholecystectomy (gallbladder removal) due to gallstones several years ago where they’ve inserted metal clips – don’t know what kind, though I’ve had to let them know when I had MRIs done on my head, and legs. I’ve used not only the M1 but also a high intensity PEMF mat many times since. No issues there.
