How to use ices while sleeping

Hello ,

i bought the m1 recently and want to use it on my head while im sleeping .
but im not sure about 2 things : which frequency and where exactly should i place the coils ?
i read that some people just put the coils under the pillow and stack it bumpy side into bumpy side
and im thinking of using the delta frequency on a low intensity like 4 or do you have better ideas ?

IMO, you have a good plan to start with Delta power 4. Some respond fine to Omni 8 and other protocols and sleep deeper as well. You probably saw this thread? Thoughts on Sleep . The key to all this is self experimentation, observing and documenting changes, sharing back etc. Looking forward to hearing how it works for you.

I would be curious to know/see the pulse pattern emitted so i would understand how “deep” and how wide the emission is. Then you would know how thin your pillow needs to be in order for the pulse to reach your head. I realize the depth is effected by the density of the material the wave is traveling through - so maybe some info about what the dispersion cone looks like through average human tissue and then also through bone.
I use a headband designed to keep your ears warm to hold the coils of my C5 directly against my head. All four the four pack coils. two against each side of the back of my head just below the skull so they angle slightly upwards and the other two on my cheeks. Face cheeks that is
I thought the ticking would drive me nuts but that set up puts me to sleep. I’ll discuss the effects on the inflammation or neurodegenerative disease section after I get it written up. I have a long story to tell. It may take some time to post it
