Help choosing an applicator

So I’m fairly new to PEMF and looking to buy my first applicator for general health and wellbeing.

I have shorten my list down to 3 companies and was wondering if anyone could share their experience.

Using whole mat regularly for general health?

I don’t know of any scientific “proof” that PEMF mats improve general health, but I have heard, seen, and experienced enough myself to come to the belief that PEMF is generally very good for your health. But I can’t prove it. No one can.
